More Notepad stuff

Alright, I'm back in the library, same computer, different time, different stuff to write, and no Word or ever Notepad to do it on... so, here I am blogging.

The topic this time? Poetry. POETRY. I don't know why that got all caps. Anyway, I have many assignments, very overdue to hand in... I've missed about 2 weeks of classes... I'm just going to tell the professor "personal reasons" or claim I was sick or something. It's easy enough to work around, as long as I go to every class and do every assignment for the rest of the year.

Anyway, I have about six poems to write and a paper about whothehellknows, for just this class. This says nothing about my other three. Yes, I'm only taking four classes this semester. It was five, but I dropped one out of pure and utter hatred for the breed of boredom that class introduced to the world.

Anyway:

In-Class Writing #1
...

To be continued... I keep getting interupted.

Ah heh...

This is just an paper for Poetry Reading class. I'm in the library, in the quietest, most comfortable corner, but the computer here doesn't have Word. So... I'm writing it on my blog.

And anyway, it's overdue for an update. I've just been really busy with school and selling TV's and my screenplay and stuff... so, I'll tell more later, but not now. Now, I have a paper to write... and a few poems, too, at some point.

Alright, no more procastination.....

The relevance of Part II of
Lord Alfred Tennyson's
"The Lady of Shalott"
Lord Alfred Tennyson's "The Lady of Shalott"

Thesis must answer:
-impact of section on the depiction of main characters, and their changes.
-how section forwards the action
-how section creates emotions in the reader
-why section is necessary at all.

Consider:
-Who are the characters?
-What has happened in the past that effects part II?
-What is implied?
-Emotional impact of "the selective way in which details are presented."
-Overall effect of the poem, and Part II's role in that?

I'll finish later.
